Love the app- but it is incomplete
I absolutely love this app. It’s very entertaining. But, I think the creators pushed to get it started well before they were ready. The TikTok ads got me. And I’m not dissatisfied in choosing to purchase it. However, the Old Testament stops at Isaiah and new content hasn’t been added in quite awhile. The New Testament isn’t divided by books, but it is well organized.
I worry they are making money and just gave up on their creation. I hate paying weekly only for new stuff NOT to be added weekly. That’s my complaint.

In App Purchases
Love the concept; it’s a really good way to get people into God’s word in a less intimidating way. Just wish it was free. It feels kind of deceiving to download the app only to realize that it’s not actually free; you have to pay to access anything.

Don’t trust this app. Never worked for me or gave me an option to stop the free trial. Changed &63 for nothing. Asking me to prove an app I no longer have didn’t work weeks ago. Literally stole my grocery money for the week.
Awful - no customer service
I would give zero stars if possible. I downloaded the app for the free trial. I emailed the company before the free subscription was up and didn’t hear a reply back. I went to their help page and followed all directions on how to unsubscribe and nothing worked. I have contacted customer service so far 8 times about canceling my subscription and have not yet heard back.

I was very excited to start understanding the bible more and growing my faith so I downloaded this app. In the actual bible it is kind of confusing for me . Then I try to listen to it and it won’t let me do anything until I pay for something. I have it two stars for trying to help people with the bible but it won’t let me do anything until.

Difficult to cancel
I downloaded this app on the 3 day trial. And although I was enjoying it I wasn’t able to afford the yearly subscription so I attempted to cancel the subscription and delete the account. I was still charged the yearly fee. I have since gone back in and cancelled again and tried to contact them for a refund but have not been successful. Do not do the trial. It’s very difficult to cancel.
