I thought it was gonna be free but to even be able to it cost nine dollars a month and $30 a year
Response from developer
We’re sorry the subscription wasn’t what you expected. The free-trial period, renewal price, and subscription terms are displayed during onboarding before the trial is confirmed, and the subscription can be canceled anytime through your App Store settings. Subscriptions help us maintain and improve the app while supporting the advertising that allows us to share the Gospel with more people. Thank you for giving Bible Lock a try.

Free trial
Response from developer
Sorry for the confusion! You do not need to start a free trial to delete Bible Lock. Because your dad’s Screen Time passcode restricts app deletion, Apple requires him to approve the deletion—Bible Lock cannot access or bypass that passcode. Once he allows app deletion in Screen Time settings, you can remove Bible Lock normally.
not good
Response from developer
Sorry for the frustration! Bible Lock does not prevent the app from being deleted. If app deletion is restricted with an Apple Screen Time passcode, iOS requires that passcode before any app can be removed. The person who set the passcode can allow app deletion in Screen Time settings, and Bible Lock can then be deleted normally.
All in German?
Response from developer
Hi! You can switch the app language anytime in Settings inside the app — we’d love for you to try again!

Passcode
asking for a subscription 😭 I thought it was free turns out it is not and I try to delete it talking about I need a screen time passcode please provide me with a code so I can’t delete the app
Response from developer
Bible Lock does not create, store, or have access to your Apple Screen Time passcode. That code is managed privately by iOS on your device. If your iPhone is asking for a Screen Time passcode when deleting apps, that comes from your device’s Screen Time settings, not from Bible Lock.
Can’t add as widget
Response from developer
Sorry for the confusion. The Bible Lock widget is working for iPhone users, but Apple’s widget list can sometimes take a moment to refresh after a new app is installed. Opening the app once, restarting the iPhone, and then adding the widget again usually fixes it. We’re continuing to make the setup instructions clearer so this is easier for everyone.
So helpful
Gostei muito!
App payment
Response from developer
We understand the frustration. We’ve intentionally kept the app very affordable, but building and growing a mission-driven app isn’t free. The small subscription helps us continue reaching more people and spreading God’s word. Thank you for understanding 🙏
