Decent Starting Point But That’s It
If you’re getting your bearings in reading the Bible, this is a decent stepping stone. The summaries before each chapter help orient you in understanding what you’re about to read. The prayers at the end are short and sweet, but this method does not teach you how to pray on your own.
The price is fine. Not everyone like the YouVersion Bible app can afford to do what they do for free. I use YouVersion for daily devotionals and used to use Manna to read entire books of the Bible. However, they’re still not done presenting every book even after all this time. And once you’ve finished the ones they offer, that’s it. They pull you into this gamified mindset and then leave you hanging. I did not appreciate that, even though that was not my reason for engaging with the Word.
I’ve moved on to subscribing elsewhere. I’ve been using Bible Memory to memorize entire chapters of the Bible and am now excited about their other features. They dive further into every verse, chapter and book with historical context and original language analysis. They also do not gamify your engagement with the Word so there’s no peak and plateau there. I’d recommend these other apps over Manna if you want to grow in your closeness and understanding of the Word without roadblocks.

Color able outfit or ear
I think I would be cool if the outfits you get from doing the lesson could be color change able because I bought a skin so I could replace the orange but I still wanted the outfit so u didn’t work or they could just change the ear color. But other there that 100/10

After a problem with my phone I lost my account. With very little information the support team was able to get my account back so I didn’t lose my progress. Super helpful and fast!!!

This game is not that much like Duolingo which I love duh. But it’s better than Duolingo even though you don’t get to learn languages it helps you learn more about your Christianity. It also generates prayers for you but you should also pray by yourself too. Bye ✌️

This is a great app, especially if you have younger children who are interested in learning about religion! It has pictures to help you understand, prompts to reflect on, and comprehension questions in between each part of scripture you read. It’s a great way to get into Christianity, especially if you’re looking for a way to be actively learning instead of just reading a bible. 5 stars!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Free trial duped me
The app itself is great but I signed up for their 7 fay free trial thinking I actually had 7 full days to check out the app before committing. No. It was 6 days. And they charged my account. $38. Money that due to recent events I didn’t have. I was going to cancel it today on day 6 thinking I had one more day to do so since I wasn’t able to commit now. But they took the money at like 1 am this morning according to my account. For a bible app you would think they would be more truthful. Guess it’s just more lies.

If you want to start studying the Bible, it’s an amazing app, easy to follow up, engaging and truly unique, I recommend this app not just to adults but also if you have kids is very easy to understand and follow🙌🏻 God bless you guys

A new way to read the word!
I love the fact that it helps keep me accountable while being able to understand the word! I would say what keeps it from being perfect are the small UI bugs & laggy highlights of scripture, but otherwise pretty solid all around!
