Terrible UI / UX. The font’s not pleasing, mixed italics and a clickable document emoji for notes makes reading a chore. Clicking the top dropdown force-scrolls to the top of the page, making you lose your place. Not well designed at all

Thank you for the honest feedback. We’re sorry the current reading experience made Scripture feel harder to navigate rather than easier. The issues you pointed out—typography, mixed italics, the notes interaction, and especially the dropdown unexpectedly moving you to the top—are all valid UX concerns. Feedback like this helps us identify where the experience needs work.
Great User Interface and Quick Translation Comparison
The app interface is super easy to use and you can quickly search for a word and see all other places in the Bible where that same word is used. My favorite feature so far is the ability to have multiple tabs open so you can quickly switch between multiple texts in multiple translations. It’s very handy for studying! Excited to see an update that includes the ESV!

This app is so much better than other apps. I love that I’m able to see the stats on how much I’ve read! The UI is amazing!
