Practically nonfunctional service

The customer service, the lack of sms codes sending, and most of the bikes being broken make this not reliable at all. Complete waste of time.

Not working

Very frustrating experience. I’ve been trying to register with BiciMAD for the past three days, but the confirmation SMS never arrives. I also tried registering through the Maps page with exactly the same problem. After wasting so much time trying different options, I’ve simply given up. The registration process really needs fixing.
