Waste of time
What an awful app, we’ve been trying to register for over an hour and it keeps failing. Waste of time and public resources!
Not for tourist
This app only works for people with phone numbers approved in the EU. Canadian tourists are not welcome to use the app in Madrid.
Can’t get started.
I tried to make an account but I don’t receive the text to verify my account. There’s no email option or any work around.
Disappointed
At first I thought this is cool, an easy app to install and excellent prices. Only I never got as far as paying. The payment system failed miserably although ai had registered my Swedusg card.
Silently Fails for US Numbers
Spent forever trying over and over again to verify my number to rent bikes, only to learn that the app does not support US numbers even though it offers up the US country code as a suggestion.

Difícil de usar, burocrático e lento. Por favor Madrid coloque bikes da lime, muito melhor! Obrigado esse app é pessimo e cheio de bugs
Prehistórica e infantil
Muchos problemas para registrarse y recibir el código. Finalmente no permite números fuera de la Unión Europea (a pesar que da la opción)

Appli qui rame ne marche pas bien et qui a des problèmes de détection des moyens de paiement qui rend l’utilisation impossible puisqu’il n’y a pas de bornes pour acheter quand l’app déconne

Poor design
I can’t get the app to function correctly. It doesn’t take my payment, it doesn’t work.
Fix the app!
I originally left this review several years ago, and it is still not fixed. So again, I can’t even register. It’s supposed to send an SMS text, which doesn’t arrive. Tried three times. It asked for my email, but doesn’t offer that as a way to validate the account. So I guess I can’t ride a bike.

Clunky User Experience
Signing up took over 15-mins of back and forth with email/passwords/phone number authentication. The map feature is helpful to find nearest bikes, but can’t map your route to the nearest docking station. Most of the bikes need maintenance, broken brakes, clicking gears, and broken seats - couldn’t find the “report” feature in the app.

Payment method issues
We could not unlock any bikes due to an issue with payment methods. And I was with someone with a Spanish phone number. Very disappointing as we planned our day around biking :(
