Je suis en voyage. Mon numéro de téléphone est désactiver à cause des coûts élevés. Je ne peux pas recevoir de SMS. J’ai essayé avec un numéro IP Hushed sans succès. Dommage!

I could not rent a bike and I did not see the reason. I tried many stations. It work only on time.

Been trying to register for years and can never get past the tel registration. I input my mobile and the verification code never comes through. Extremely disappointed.

Estoy intentando que borrem mis datos para darme de alta con un Nuevo email (Pues el anterior no recibo el e-mail para resetear mi password) y nadie me contesta! Ya he escrito mas de dos veces y sigo sin respuesta 😢

Escasez bicicletas
Es increíble que en los puntos donde más bicicletas deberían de haber (zona centro) NUNCA HAY BICICLETAS Disponibles, o las que hay están rotas o no funcionan. Uno quiere usarlas por cualquier tema y no puede porque no hay bicicletas ni las reponen. Están todas desperdigadas en los bordes de Madrid, parece que no trabajan porque nunca van a recogerlas ni a reponer ni nada.

Me acabo de dar de alta por una suscripción y no pienso repetir. He tenido que andar de una estación a otra para el final hacer el trayecto caminando insisto pasa de bicimad que andando más rápido llegarás

Good concept, problematic App
The onboarding process in the App was very difficult and forcing me to enter wrong data (postal code, I live abroad). I also had to kill the app do that it would accept my credit card (pure desperation attempt). Nowadays you’d expect you can use your Apple or Google Id and Apple / Google Pay. I almost gave up. The rental service itself is ok except stations could be spaced closer. What would be nice would be the option to get lighter e-motor support. Now it’s either full on or off neither of which is ideal for me. But primarily I hope the app gets a modernization

Impossible to pay for ride and unlock bike. Althouth paiement card is registered. Even locals complain about it.
