Poor design
I can’t get the app to function correctly. It doesn’t take my payment, it doesn’t work.
Fix the app!
I originally left this review several years ago, and it is still not fixed. So again, I can’t even register. It’s supposed to send an SMS text, which doesn’t arrive. Tried three times. It asked for my email, but doesn’t offer that as a way to validate the account. So I guess I can’t ride a bike.

Clunky User Experience
Signing up took over 15-mins of back and forth with email/passwords/phone number authentication. The map feature is helpful to find nearest bikes, but can’t map your route to the nearest docking station. Most of the bikes need maintenance, broken brakes, clicking gears, and broken seats - couldn’t find the “report” feature in the app.

Payment method issues
We could not unlock any bikes due to an issue with payment methods. And I was with someone with a Spanish phone number. Very disappointing as we planned our day around biking :(
Location does not show direction
It’s a good app but you can never find the bike stations because the blue locator dot does not show you which direction you are facing. How can people not think of something so simple

Je suis en voyage. Mon numéro de téléphone est désactiver à cause des coûts élevés. Je ne peux pas recevoir de SMS. J’ai essayé avec un numéro IP Hushed sans succès. Dommage!
Not reliable
I could not rent a bike and I did not see the reason. I tried many stations. It work only on time.

Been trying to register for years and can never get past the tel registration. I input my mobile and the verification code never comes through. Extremely disappointed.

Estoy intentando que borrem mis datos para darme de alta con un Nuevo email (Pues el anterior no recibo el e-mail para resetear mi password) y nadie me contesta! Ya he escrito mas de dos veces y sigo sin respuesta 😢
