two of us got repeated notices we could not connect at bike stations so we could never rent the bikes and were told to sign up for a QR code app which would charge is after 3 day 10 dollars a month . ridiculous . how come app didnt have its own QR code system

I was charged money without confirmation and it said just put your card details for a free trial. Now they charged me 60 euros recurring payment with no approval or confirmation and their service is completely un useable

Difficult
App doesn’t connect to location or bikes. Ended up not renting the bikes because we couldn’t connect to any bikes in front of us at the bike station.
