Hardly works
Bikes often have broken shifters, brakes, or twisted handlebars. On some there is no tread left, the tires are never changed.
The app itself is slow. Often when renting a bike the lock doesn’t open. Pressing on the open lock button works, but with a delay of about 30 seconds.
Also a lot of the time the motor on the bikes won’t turn on, and there is no way to reset it.
The customer service is quite good though, but would be nice to have to call them less.

Fabulous once you’ve deciphered the system
It took a very long time to initially rent as the app was all in Catalan and as non native speakers we struggled for some time to rent. However once we had cracked it this was wonderful way to explore and great bikes!
