It is true that Hola Barcelona Travel Card tickets must be collected from a vending machine, but the rests of the tickets do not. This restriction is imposed on us by the restrictions of the current integrated ticket validation system. Despite this, we are working to try to offer you users a better experience in the future.
5 Day Transportation Pass - Don’t buy anything through app or website.
I walked the entire family to a train station and was trying to use it…we’re stuck. The phone advisor said this would be fast, but when you’re sitting at a train station, it’s not fast. Should have worked from the start. if not, it should have been resolved quickly over the phone.
Don’t buy anything through this app. The other part, I can’t cancel the purchase, so I’ll have to go through my credit card company.

When you purchase a Holabarcelona Travel Card transportation pass, you receive a voucher that can be redeemed at any ticket machine in the Metro network. On the other hand, if you haven’t redeemed the voucher yet, you can request a refund through the Holabarcelona app. Go to the 'Shopping history' section, select the transaction, and request the refund.
Ticket Problems

-> Not able to import the ticket to the app afterwards.
-> And why not get the ticket right away after purchase?

Most travel tickets can be carried in the app's electronic wallet, either in final ticket or voucher format, and can be used directly to access the service. The only ones that need to be exchanged at Metro vending machines are the HolaBarcelona Travel Card. You can check it in the details of each ticket and in the purchase confirmation email.

No hay servicio al cliente, trate de mandar un email y no funciona el link.
El servicio del autobús es conveniente, te da chance de bajar y montarte en el siguiente bus que pase. En el primer bus la silla que me toco no servía el audio, pero en el siguiente si, y fue muy chévere escuchar la información.

Entendemos que lo que compraste fueron títulos Holabarcelona Travel Card para poder viajar en metro y en Bus, si alguno de los tickets era para menores de 4 años es normal que no te lo tuvieses físicamente porque no lo necesitan. Por lo que se refiere al 10% de descuento se aplica en todas las compras digitales para los productos que lo indica. El descuento es en referencia al precio en presencial. Finalmente, tienes un apartado de Contacto en el menú de la app que te ofrece un teléfono y un formulario para expresar tu opinión.
