Won’t let me join

I look forward to trying this app someday, but when I sign up to join, I just get stuck in a never-ending circle waiting loop and it never lets me through. I’m on iOS and I’ve used both Wi-Fi and 5G plus

Can’t even use the app

Tried multiple times and verification troubleshooting to sign up for the app but never got it to work after multiple troubleshooting attempts and couldn’t even submit a ticket to cloudflare. I’d rate the actual app experience if I could even get into it
