Unfair Cancellation & Hidden Charges
I booked a car and paid 10% advance. Later, the company itself asked me to cancel because the car’s brake pads were not working. The refund page now shows I’ll get back only 25% of the advance amount, which is completely unfair since it was not my fault. To make it worse, when I try to book another car, the free delivery option is no longer available (just to get rid off free delivery they planned all this, then why the hell promoting free delivery on 1st order and playing tricks to negate it). Very disappointing and unprofessional.
