wont let me add any cards.
I found a random card and wanted to check how much was on it, it showed all of the details and so on. Later i tried to put in another card and it says it's invalid every single time, even if i get rid of the app and re-download it.
Great Idea
The app is a great idea, I just think that it should run smoother and there should be something more to it (such as being able to reserve a bowling lane). The point of doing something such as this online is so that you don’t have to go in or wait, and being able to reserve a bowling lane until you can make it there would enable us (customers) to enjoy the entirety of the night (or day) without pause. The app has nothing significant that we could do without email so it seems like it was just thrown together by a 3rd party so the company can say “yeah, we’ve got and app.” Overall, I think a smoother performance and extra features such as reserving a lane would be beneficial to all parties involved.

Errors and No Real Connections to the Cards
I tried adding money to my card pre existing and it took the money but going to the local Big Al’s I got there and they told me my card was plain empty, no money or tickets. Which I found confusing and we tried solving it there but support for this app doesn’t even want to work with the people in store!!! We tried I adding the card to see if it would update it but I can’t add any new cards to my app now!! WHAT THE HECK??? YOU GUYS NEED TO GET ON TOP OF THINGS CAUSE IM NOT THE FIRST CASE OF A PERSON LOSING MONEY TO THIS APPS RELOAD SYSTEM!

Errors out adding a card. No contact from support.
I have two cards that I have tried adding. It gives a generic error message and the ability to email support. But no one responds to email support requests.
