Password impossible
Hard to create an account. Every time I tried to create a password, it didn't qualify. Wouldn't even let my iPhone create a password. DELETING APP ASAP
Doesn’t really work
Won’t scan tickets and won’t take manually entered codes? Isn’t that the whole app’s purpose 😭
Increasingly broken
The least functional app on my iPhone. It used to work for a few weeks, then it would have to be deleted and reinstalled. Now it won’t initialize at all, but sure will eat up the battery.
App not loading
Lately, this App has had a lot of issues with not loading. When I go to the App, it says

I have been deleting the App from my phone and installing again. I did contact Idaho Lottery and they said they were aware of the problem.

Okay’ish
You would think that with how much money this division pulls in that they would be able to make a decent running app. It’s chaotic, unorganized, hard to navigate, etc. and that’s when it actually running.
