Password impossible
Hard to create an account. Every time I tried to create a password, it didn't qualify. Wouldn't even let my iPhone create a password. DELETING APP ASAP
Doesn’t really work
Won’t scan tickets and won’t take manually entered codes? Isn’t that the whole app’s purpose 😭
Increasingly broken
The least functional app on my iPhone. It used to work for a few weeks, then it would have to be deleted and reinstalled. Now it won’t initialize at all, but sure will eat up the battery.

Lately, this App has had a lot of issues with not loading. When I go to the App, it says

I have been deleting the App from my phone and installing again. I did contact Idaho Lottery and they said they were aware of the problem.

You would think that with how much money this division pulls in that they would be able to make a decent running app. It’s chaotic, unorganized, hard to navigate, etc. and that’s when it actually running.
This app works 20% of the time
This app is incredibly frustrating and inconsistent. Don’t recommend
Not scanning tickets
Scanner seems to be down again. Getting a lot of try again later messages!
Lost all my points
The app was good and now it keeps telling me that something went wrong and now all 14000 of my points just disappeared. I tried to get in touch with someone but no reply.
Crashes constantly and never updates properly
App is constantly crashing. When it doesn’t crash it glitches and won’t scan tickets or wont load the actual updated prize amounts. It’s really frustrating to use. You’d think with all the lottery money they could make an app that works properly.
Convenient when it works
Scan feature does not work well with iPhones, seems to only use one of the lenses, and not the one for up close pictures. This is also the only app on my phone that will cause it to overheat when using the camera.
Scanner never works
I’ve tried every angle, distance, lighting, etc and the camera will turn on but it never captures the ticket.

Totally broken
Where do I start? When creating a login it didn’t recognize + as a special character. Finally got that figured out and logged in. Tried to scan a card, aligned the barcode and… nothing! Then tried to input the code manually. It tells me it should be 14 digits and another 4 digits. The barcode is 24 digits, so I press the “i” for help on manual scanning and nothing pops up. Just a mess. Good luck getting it fixed.

Discrimination
Not everyone has a local number. I moved to Idaho from out of state and will never have a 208 area code and because of that it won’t let me create an account.
Won’t open.
Can’t even open it. Instantly crashes.
Update sucks
Since the last “update “ the app no longer works I click on it and it acts like it wants to start up then just disappears
