FAQ

What can I do with the Jackpot Lottery App?

This app allows you to order official lottery tickets for major games like Powerball and Mega Millions directly from your phone. You can also play lottery online, purchase digital scratch-off tickets, and check lottery results anytime. It provides a secure and convenient way to participate in lotteries without needing to visit a physical retailer.

How do I order tickets through the app?

Ordering tickets is a simple process. First, choose your desired game, such as Powerball, Mega Millions, or a local state lottery. Next, select your numbers or opt for a 'Quick Pick'. The app then purchases the ticket from an official retailer on your behalf. You can view a scan of your digital ticket within the app and will be notified if you win.

Is it safe to use this app to buy lottery tickets?

Yes, the app is described as official and secure. It operates as a licensed courier, purchasing tickets from official retailers. Your digital tickets are safe, and the physical tickets are stored in a secure vault. Your data is encrypted and stored securely, and the app complies with all state gaming regulations in supported states.

What are the supported states and games?

The app supports online lottery services in several states including New York, New Jersey, Ohio, Massachusetts, Arizona, Arkansas, and Colorado. It offers games like Powerball, Mega Millions, and various state-specific lotteries and scratch-offs. Digital scratch tickets are specifically available in Massachusetts, Ohio, Arizona, and Colorado.

How are winnings handled?

You keep 100% of your winnings, as the app never charges commission on your prize. Small prizes up to $600 (or $500 in Arkansas) are credited directly to your account. For larger wins, the app will arrange secure procedures for you to collect your prize.
