Doesn’t support my state
It’s sucks that I have to delete this app because it doesn’t support my state that I live in.
Low Winnings
I’ve played a handful of times on scratchers, but I am convinced you don’t win. I can go into the store and buy scratchers and at least get a couple bucks back. This is just a money grab.

This app is a total scam dude I’m trying to get my money back that I deposited and their customer support sucks it will not let me send my dispute request it just keeps saying we’re sorry we cannot send an email at this time try again and I keep trying and it doesn’t work

TERRIBLE
I have been using this app for a year in Colorado- where we are allowed to purchase tickets online. I load money into my account, get my location approved and buy tickets.(BTW I order from the exact location every time - even from the exact same chair!) works great for about 3 purchases then decides my location is not approved. I wait 2-3 weeks and do it again- same location- works fine- then 2-3 weeks later I am told my l location is not approved - and yes I have allowed app to access my location. THIS SUCKS!

This app originally would tell you there taking your deposit and instead of it being $20 it’s $24. You pay extra for tickets and rarely win. A rip off if you ask me.
Stupid app
So i reside in AZ but I drive a semi truck over the road. And when I am out of state (which is most of the time) I cannot buy tickets on this app. Isn’t that stupid?! Why do I have to be in AZ in order to buy tickets?!!!

Convenient app 2 use but could be easier to navigate
I love the convenience of the app for quick play. But if you’re new and don’t already understand the games or how to place smart wagers, don’t expect this app to teach you. For the beginner guidance is vague, full of gambling jargon, and not beginner‑friendly. Even basic info is buried, so you end up hunting around for things that should be easy to find. Could be better designed for ease of use and user friendliness!

Love the app! It makes playing convenient and easy. Once the numbers are pulled you can easily discover if any of your numbers matched. The app circles the matching numbers in purple. It couldn’t be more convenient.
