Still unable to SCAN tickets 1) for a winner 2) second chance drawings & bonus wheel spins. Has been going on for months! Knock Knock, is there anybody that works @ NJ Lottery who can put a fire under this abortion of an app? And FIX the damn scanner inside the abortion app? Please?

How can the bar code scanner not be supported on a 2 year old, up to date, iPhone? Why have it then. Always worked before. Do you not test updates?
An app by amateurs
Seriously, this app gets worse with each “update” they put out. Ira always slow, rarely works, and has more bugs than the slums. Get it together, NJ Lotto, and hire someone who knows what they’re doing.
Slow, unresponsive app
Very slow and unresponsive App.
Ticket scanner does not work
At one time, it was a good app until the ticket scanner stopped working tried to contact them. They keep telling me it’s my problem, My phone is working 100%. Now I have to use some some app or constant pop-ups.
