Deleting app
The old app was fine so why change it? Manually logging in each time without the option for facial recognition just to check a ticket is so annoying. Why not make a separate app to check a ticket?

First let me say I always login but it just spins the only thing I can do is use ticket checker
My Bonus round keeps freezing up
Is anyone reading all these poor reviews? I won a bonus round and it froze up 4 times in the play. I had to close the app and log back in. Thankfully, every time I went back into that game, it took me right back to the same bonus round, but when I went into the bonus game, it froze again. I’m not going to log back in for a 5th time. Hopefully if they figure out what is wrong with the app, I will get to complete my bonus round tomorrow. So frustrating!

New version is BAD
App used to have a simple ticket check feature where it scanned the barcode and told you how much you won. Terrific. Now when you tap on that feature it forces you to login? WHY? Now, if you want to look for winning numbers from older than the most recent drawing, without logging in, you have to find them manually in amlong list and then read the them manually, oh and they numbers are listed in super tiny font. I can accomplish the same thing much more easily via google. There’s no longer a reason for this stupid app.

Password not working
Every time I want to check my tickets the SAVED Password doesn’t work and I have to reset. I am not purchasing anything on the app just checking tickets. I suggest they have an app for just checking tickets. Because security system does not work well as far as being user friendly.
