Okay to abysmal
How do you turn and app that was okay for checking your own lottery to one that’s total trash. So I have to set up an account and I have to login now every time to check a ticket?? And half the time it just spins. Anytime you look at something you can’t go back as there’s no back button. Fix your app!! People spend enough on the lottery for the developers here to do better!

Unbelievably archaic and unstable
This app is so unintuitive and makes everything so difficult. Why do I need to give my SSN just to reset my password or check a ticket? After 3 or 4 levels of authentication. Now that I’ve finally got on a friend’s account that works, the ticket checker is down despite the rest of the app seemingly working. In store it’s infrared and a QR code on mobile, but it’s painful to get to where I feel insecure about my data. I know from experience how the state runs their digital fronts but the incompetency is on another level.

They won’t let me withdraw my money
2 times they have cancelled my withdrawals. They take your money but won’t give it back. Not to be trusted
