Impossible to make an account
Cannot make an account with any of my emails or any of our phone numbers. We’ve tried several times over the past couple months. I’m convinced they’re never going to fix this issue.

Asks For Way Too Much Information
I have apps from 3 states that Ive lived in (including the DC lottery app) and this is the only one that doesn’t allow you to check your cards without asking for your SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. I stupidly put it in anyway, but it didn’t even work. I downloaded it just now to check a ticket and I can’t even do that on this app. It’s a waste of space and time.

Lousy scanner
Getting the ticket scanner to work is so time consuming. I play the games but just want to verify I am correct. It takes an act of God to finally get a ticket to scan. MD Lottery makes plenty of money they could at least have a decent app.

Sucks
This app sucks. Can’t even scan a ticket without writing a book.
