I love be able to play online-especially because it’s hard for me to get out. I love your customer service- they’re always so friendly and helpful. I really wish though that you would bring back the option of playing for more than 1 day at a time!
Don’t waste your time
The amount of information you have to put in JUST to scan a ticket is wild. This wasn’t a thing before so why they need to know your address and all the other details they’re asking is ridiculous. Deleting the app and am disappointed with the weird new changes to do something that shouldn’t require a bunch of personal information.

Need password to save
I love the app, saves me trips to the store to scan my tickets but it is such a pain in the butt to have to login manually on the app every single time. There is no way to save it. Please update the app so the password saves. Thank u
Can’t withdrawal account balance.
I had no issues until I wanted to withdrawal my account balance. I didn’t win big, but I’m trying to be good and only buy tickets if the jackpot is big. I can’t add a bank account in order to withdrawal the funds. I keep getting an error message. I spent an hour on with customer support and they can’t help because that’s through a third party. Then maybe that third party should be who we get when we contact customer support. As soon as I can get my money withdrawal, I will not be using the app anymore.

Camera / Scanner doesn’t work for iPhone , fix your app. Can’t check for winners or second chances. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times, made sure location services were on.

By using this app to check your lottery tickets, the commonwealth of Pennsylvania is constantly tracking your every move. It forces you to sign in to their website, with your mobile phone number and email and your current location. By checking tickets with this app, they know automatically how much you spend at any given time and how much you win and which tickets you buy. Consider using an unofficial lottery app until they correct this.

Why do I have to sing in to check my ticket? And than you want to know my address and SS number? No thank you. I literally just check my tickets here RELAX
Excessive info requested
I wish there were an option to scan lottery tickets without needing to create an account. I verified with customer service that my driver’s license, a utility bill, and my Social Security card were all needed to simply create an account. I find this burdensome and excessive.
Ticket scanner broken
Ticket scanner is just a gray screen, doesn’t scan. Also, you have to login every single time you come the app. so when troubleshooting the ticket scanner I closed the app and deleted the app multiple times and needed to manually login every time. Super annoying.

Easy to use, helps me win money on the spot when I need it the most, and helpful to check tickets quickly and efficiently!
The app is terrible
The app's design and usability need improvement. It’s been a tough month as functionality has declined, and it seems like no one is fixing the issues. Reaching out for support has been quite difficult. When checking bonuses, it’s hard to understand the details without clicking into them on the app. It's impossible to place wagers on anything but the current draw of any draw game—you can’t bet on future draws anymore.

As soon as I get a bonus round, the page goes blank & does not load. Have to restart the app. What a rip off. Withdrawing my $ & will play elsewhere!
Want personal info
Beware what used to be free without your personal info such as checking to see if u have a winning ticket is now not available unless u register with all your personal info. I have now deleted the app
Now need to login every time to scan tickets
With the most recent update, you need to login every single time to scan even a single ticket, that is ridiculous. Why not even have it store the login information for future use. Bad programming.

Scam?
I lost my password for this app and when I went to chat with someone to help me log back in, they asked me for a photocopy of my drivers license and of my Social Security card!!!! Omg
