It’s stupid to need an account just to check a ticket. It’s even more stupid for the app to only allow residents of Pennsylvania to create an account. Residents of neighboring states also buy PA lottery tickets.

It wants a copy of my Social Security card to check tickets?! No.
This app barely works and now it wants me to upload my sensitive documents? No, I don’t think I will. I’ll just stop buying scratch off tickets.
Disappointed
The lottery app has really gone downhill. I’ve been waiting three months to do consecutive drawings and I keep being told they are working on it. Now the bonuses are disappearing. I would use a Web cash bonus every Wednesday, hundred percent. And now it’s gone.

Don’t waste your time
The amount of information you have to put in JUST to scan a ticket is wild. This wasn’t a thing before so why they need to know your address and all the other details they’re asking is ridiculous. Deleting the app and am disappointed with the weird new changes to do something that shouldn’t require a bunch of personal information.

Need password to save
I love the app, saves me trips to the store to scan my tickets but it is such a pain in the butt to have to login manually on the app every single time. There is no way to save it. Please update the app so the password saves. Thank u
Can’t withdrawal account balance.
I had no issues until I wanted to withdrawal my account balance. I didn’t win big, but I’m trying to be good and only buy tickets if the jackpot is big. I can’t add a bank account in order to withdrawal the funds. I keep getting an error message. I spent an hour on with customer support and they can’t help because that’s through a third party. Then maybe that third party should be who we get when we contact customer support. As soon as I can get my money withdrawal, I will not be using the app anymore.

Camera / Scanner doesn’t work for iPhone , fix your app. Can’t check for winners or second chances. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times, made sure location services were on.

It forces you to sign in to their website, with your mobile phone number and email and your current location. By checking tickets with this app, they know automatically how much you spend at any given time and how much you win and which tickets you buy.
