For years, I have been able to open the app and scan tickets, my ticket, anyones ticket. Now, I am forced to create an account with email and password before Incan simply scan a ticket barcode. Why? So you can sell my info? So you can blitz me with useless emails? I’ll quit buying tickets before I cave to this. F all the way off. This app sucks. If you wanted to purchase anything on line they want your full SSN. No online purchase requires this. This app sucks.

Never remember the logon
The app never remembers the credentials like other apps
Need to sign in to check tickets
It was too convenient to just open the app and check tickets so they fixed that problem and now there’s a mandatory login just to scan your tickets.
Lottery too frequent problems
This is the worst app I have. Can’t depend on it working everyday! Some days it let’s you sign in but then shows a clear page w/four little blue dots that spin forever & never take you to anywhere. I re-installed the app. several times & sill doesn’t work 98% of the time. I even have the app installed on my cell phone & it does exactly the same. I can’t believe PA Lottery doesn’t have a group of efficient website tech’s can can bring this app.up to date!

Poor operation and frustrating customer experience with glitches
Never had a good experience with this app but it seems to be the only one I’ve had that does ticket scans which we have to log in to use by the way. Very frustrating . This last week the homepage was blank and couldn’t see any lottery results or numbers. Always lagging in a usable format or operation. PA State workers definitely have a lot to learn and need much more experience and knowledge and supervision. Fix it right. This is our tax dollars at work.

App Freezout
My official App, in part till yesterday. Now the blue dots just keep spinning. I can go to VIP section and sign in…. To nothing. Blue dot keep on circling. What a jip for the money I spend hoping to win $10. I went on LIVE CHAT and they told me to do the basics which I had already done.
App Interruption.
While playing the online instant games, the app often stops working and I have to continually log back in. Also, when playing the lottery it often stops working. So frustrating!
Worst app ever
Did a 3 year old make this app? Have to login every single time I use the app. It’s an awful app
ID Verification Required
I am sick of all these apps suddenly requiring age verification or identity verification. It’s even more insulting when I live in a jurisdiction that does not have any age verification laws anyway. No one should ever upload their government ID or Social Security card to this app just to check lottery tickets for winners. That is a massive security hazard and your data will be hacked and stolen because the databases everyone uses to store the IDs are not secure.

I was just blocked ?? What is going on ??? First we can only play one day at a time for power ball and mega instead of 26 weeks at a time. Now in the middle of playing a game in auto play the game glitches and next thing I know I’m blocked grrrrr Just not right

Rediculous app
This app has turned into garbage. It used to be a great app to check tickets to see if you won and check on current jackpots. Now they need more information from you than the irs does to make any changes to your profile. It logs you out as soon as you close the window and for whatever reason it won’t let me set up login through facial ID. The developer should be fired. If all this security is so they can add online gambling they should have just created a different app for that. I know several people that have deleted the app and now buy substantially less lottery tickets because this app is making it less convenient.

Deposit codes don’t work sometimes. It’s cheating me when it says I activated the bonus
Monopoly
I was doing very well kept going playing and then all of a sudden it keeps coming up stating that I've been blocked. Please call if it continues to contact customer service it does it every time you win the money.
Not happy
When this app is working, it’s great. However, multiple times it stops working and instead of letting you know if you are a winner when scanning the QR Code you get “take your ticket to a PA Lottery location “. What good is a QR Scammer that doesn’t work for weeks or months.
