Useless Ticket Scanner

The app used to be great until they updated it a couple months ago. Now it’s almost impossible to get it to scan my tickets. It either doesn’t work or takes a long time to read the barcode.

SUCH a bad app. Poorly designed. Inscrutable navigation. Ugly graphics. Can’t save passwords. Who built this and how much did the state pay? AI could do a better job.

Scan

The new site stinks. The scanner blurs so the ticket won’t scan. I quit scratching tickets for this reason and decided to try again. Still doesn’t work.

Why

I liked being able to just scan my tickets, then you decided to change everything and decided that we had to have a profile to do that. Not only was I upset about the Profile it was the 12 item password that was needed. Someone that is 83 does need that.
