Poor upgrade
Ever since the new update cannot scan tickets tried to chat that was no help
Nothing but problems with scanning
Old system was better,this update won’t even let me in to scan and if I am lucky enough to get to the scanner it gives me an old winner and I didn’t even scan anything!!! Won’t even let me send this review.

It’s terrible! Really hard to use. I don’t recommend it at all
Used to be much easier!
Old version: to scan tickets, you just tap the scan button.
New version: to scan tickets, you need to use Face ID, and then you need to enter a two-factor number texted to you, and THEN you need to decline adding money to your account, and you can FINALLY scan your ticket.
PLEASE make it easier again. If you’re using Face ID, you don’t also need 2FA, it’s not like you’re using a password to log in. And if I wanted to deposit money, I would have done that already. Once you fix this, I’ll go back to five stars. Thanks!

Useless update
Can’t even scan without signing in every time
Okay but…
Love the Lottery app but I HATE the way they mucked up the scanner. I played 100 Keno games after I updated the app, and it said I won $83 but received only $19; I felt scammed (I was even scammed by the app 4 years ago in July 2022 when someone used the scanner to steal my claimer). Put the scanner back to the original design!

Some reason I can’t use the scanner app
Will no longer take my deposits
It only worked once then refused to take any of my deposit payments for lottery tickets making the app useless if I can’t even get any tickets or pay for any games.

I do not like signing in and second verification just to check a number. It is a pain in the butt. Also, it is hard to find history of numbers make it more simpler please

I don’t love the new app- it’s hard to look up past games to see what numbers hit. Plus it doesn’t auto log me in with face ID

I’ve used this app for years. The new version I have to sign in every single time I want to just check a ticket for myself, family member or friend. I find it very unnecessary. Also, navigating the app to see what games have almost reached their payout limit, or about to expire is not as easy as it was : (

It is extremely difficult to scan tickets now before was better. Only complaint
