Terrible App Update
The updated app is horrible, makes you sign in every 2 minutes and always trying to sell you something. Plus the scanner doesn’t work very well.

This app will tell you one thing and screw you over. Now with a casino that will tell you you can withdraw to debit card 1-2 hours but takes 24-48 hrs to process. It didn’t take that long for them to take my money.tell me your a bunch of liberals without telling me your a bunch of liberals

I was having problems depositing Money in my account, it was always Declined, I spoke With customer Service for Middlesex savings Bank, they informed me, This IS NOT LEGAL. No lottery Tickets can ever be purchased with a Middlesex Savings Bank debit card.

Mass Lottery has an app that is very user-friendly.
Terrible
Allow me to list all the frustrations with this app: Keno sound, works when you start but move to another app while you wait for next draw no more sound. Resets, similar to sound move to something else while you wait it randomly resets and if you didn’t notice the game number you start over. Also in the same vain sometimes the waiting screen stays up while the game plays in the back. Sometimes it flash your win while the game is still going so what’s the point of watching it. The snakes are terrible, it kills your battery and somehow you made the scanner worse. Lately keno history displays the win if your ticket is complete so again what’s the point of play that ticket.

The scan the tickets will literally not work. This app sucks.
Withdrawal
This app is very inconsistent with cash outs, I tried to cash out a measley $50 I won on slots and their telling me there is a high volume of withdrawals so I’ll be delayed. Normally it hits my account in minutes. Cash out should be as quick as deposits like how DraftKings does it. High volume of withdrawals shouldn’t be my problem. The player needs consistency not excuses when it’s time to get paid

Worst app customer service is dead
This app I used to be good but since they started the online games everything has been trash. The withdrawal process is a nightmare and customer service is the worst can’t imagine any customer service worse than that. The app says withdrawals take 2 hours to the debit card, but mine has been pending for 8 business days with no update from customer service, and if you email them, they don’t respond. Just send my money and I’m going to delete the app

It takes a lot to sign in .. half the time it doesn’t send the confirmation code on sign so you can’t get in even with multiple attempts.
Scratch tickets
50 scratch tickets should have minimum hits of at least 1000
No stars
The new update SUCKS. I want to stay logged in and to be able to scan a ticket at any time I want. Also, previously is you won $100 confetti filled the screen. Not anymore. Your app developer SUCKS. So much better before.

I used to be able to get the code text to me but now it sent it to the email which makes absolutely no sense because you gotta get out of the app to get to your email and you lose the ability to put a code in. Fix this !
Predatory Government
Match bonuses don’t show up. Games seem to throttle down after initial success. And it takes days to withdraw winnings (but they’ll happily let you cancel your withdrawal to immediately put it back in play).
Annoying
The old app was great this app sucks. Everytime you open it you have to resign in and they send you a code. Also way too information they have now.
