How can the bar code scanner not be supported on a 2 year old, up to date, iPhone? Why have it then. Always worked before. Do you not test updates?

Seriously, this app gets worse with each “update” they put out. Ira always slow, rarely works, and has more bugs than the slums. Get it together, NJ Lotto, and hire someone who knows what they’re doing.
Slow, unresponsive app
Very slow and unresponsive App.
Ticket scanner does not work
At one time, it was a good app until the ticket scanner stopped working tried to contact them. They keep telling me it’s my problem, My phone is working 100%. Now I have to use some some app or constant pop-ups.
Absolutely HORRIBLE Redesign
Where’s the ticket scanner?! The mobile app tells me to download the mobile app! The previous numbers section is terrible. How about at least including the day along with the date?! The app is now just a horrible version of the website. Oh, nothing works in the VIP Club either. Can’t scan tickets or spin the bonus wheel. Reload the old app!

The NJ Lottery wants to change rules of second chance after already set for years and then offer updates that aren’t live! Bad Business run by people who have no idea what the are doing or hiring, if I could give 0 stars, I would👎

Poor update
We got new iPhone 17, trying to open the app keeps saying update required, when I click there’s no update, can’t get in.
Idiots
Who is the idiot that runs this app now I can’t use it at all. Get someone qualified to fix your poorly performing system. It’s asking me to download the new version but just keeps defaulting to the App Store. Idiots.
I can’t even use the app
The app is asking me to update but when I hit update, there is no update. Just a loop of utter stupidity. But no surprise there.
New version 9.91.0
April 2026 open the app and it says a new version is available-update and I can do nothing but hit the update button takes you to the App Store where the update is not available. The button in the App Store just says open to open the app so it’s a circular route of doing nothing so can’t open the app. I have uninstalled to try to reinstall but it installs the same older version and an update is not available but the app still says you have to update. thank you for nothing.

Keep getting pop ups that a new update is available. There is none. I checked the App Store and uninstalled and reinstalled and still get same message.

App doesn't take the so called " update" but keep up the below average work . Are you supposed to be testing this before you send it out? Is anyone else experiencing this issue ????????!smh
Barcode scanner?
For months now the barcode scanner has not worked on my iPhone 17 running 26.4. I updated it to 26.4.1 and still not supported.

Too complicated for a senior who is not tech savvy.I liked the old format much better. Was user friendly.Easier to navigate.
