Worst ever
By far the worst state lottery app to exist. You can’t buy tickets online, the barcode scanner rarely works or is even accurate, and the ‘how to play’ tab on any game just says ‘visit the website’. Awful awful AWFUL!!!
Spins
When I go to login to the app the circle just keeps spinning and doesn’t allow me to click on the sign button and it’s been doing this for like two weeks. I’ve deleted the app reinstalled it. Nothing works. Turn my phone off. Turn it on. Nothing works. This app is garbage.
Why Player’s Club Code is Invalid?
I ordered a The Pick ticket on Jackpocket app. The Arizona Player’s Club Entry Code I copied from the ticket to enter Arizona Lottery app for second chance, it shows the code on the ticket is invalid. Is it a fake ticket that vendor uploaded to my Jackpocket account, or just your app has problem? I gave both apps 1 star.

Lucky lounge
The lucky lounge games that lets you enter for free has flaws with the captcha. You select the appropriate pictures and it just keeps going and never lets you proceed then when you select the sound alternate it says try again later. That’s not nice.
Entering drawning no longer works
The free entries to the Lucky Lounge no longer works. I have emailed customer service many times and nothing is fixed.
