Idaho Lottery Fraud

Any of the Idaho lottery scratchers my wife and I have tried to redeem with the Cashword second chance code fail just to create our account. On IOS, it lets you pick your email and a password, and submit for an account and you just get a blank screen until you kill the app. We tried it on a windows PC and tried it via Chrome browser. It allows you to create an account at least. It then asks you to verify via email and you never get an email (yes, we checked junk mail). Net result = you cannot redeem your second chance code. The developer maintaining this app should be held accountable and Idaho should deal with this issue after 9 years from the looks of other player’s comments. This should be embarrassing.
