I’ve tried the app multiple times with several email addresses. I even emailed ID lottery to let them know. Great premise, poor execution.

Idaho Lottery Fraud
Any of the Idaho lottery scratchers my wife and I have tried to redeem with the Cashword second chance code fail just to create our account. On IOS, it lets you pick your email and a password, and submit for an account and you just get a blank screen until you kill the app. We tried it on a windows PC and tried it via Chrome browser. It allows you to create an account at least. It then asks you to verify via email and you never get an email (yes, we checked junk mail). Net result = you cannot redeem your second chance code. The developer maintaining this app should be held accountable and Idaho should deal with this issue after 9 years from the looks of other player’s comments. This should be embarrassing.

Keeps saying my session timed out and to login again and then won’t complete my login. Waste of time!
Doesn’t work
I would give this no stars but I gave 2 put one. You can’t even sign up for the app it only lets you login. How can I login without signing up. Fix your app or take the second chance off your scratchers
App is currently broken
App works. I've never won so who knows. But the app has been broken for about 2 weeks. Tried to delete and download again but to no avail. Seems like it's rigged when it doesn't work!
App doesn’t work
Every since I got the VIP site my cashword doesn’t work. I tap it to play and it immediately blinks off. Does not let me log in. As much as I try. And the VIP site won’t let me play cashword. So what is the use. I have had this app for 12 years just to have it quit now. Not good.

Multiple attempts, over months, to login to app or through cashword site on web, never worked. Getting same message as other users “check email address or password”. It states that it is the same credentials as vip site. But those credentials do not work for cashword site or app and there is no option to re-register. I have no issues logging in to vip club site or app. Have gone through password reset process multiple times and still same results, credentials work for id lottery site, vip club app etc, but do not work for cashword.
I have reached out to id lottery through the feedback option etc multiple times. Received zero response. Pretty disappointing that they are “offering” a promotion that many people can’t seem to access; feels kind of scammy frankly.
The newer Idaho lottery app is pretty solid, so it’s extremely frustrating that they can’t integrate this promo feature in there or figure out the stand alone for the many people who are experiencing the exact same issues. If you can’t honor the promo by granting access to it, there is a problem, and as a state entity it seems someone should be paying more attention.

Should have seen it coming...
With the thousands of Idaho Lottery tickets sold carrying the QRCode on the back for this app, and the fact that there is NO OTHER WAY to use the app second chance code, the Idaho Lottery is committing fraud with each and every ticket sold as long as the app continues to malfunction.
I am copying this review and providing it in my complaint with the Idaho Attorney Generals Office and Apple iTunes customer support.
Fix this app! And provide a way for those you've committed fraud upon to be properly compensated for their loss; anything else would be unacceptable! You have the ability to contact me through my iTunes account information as it was required to complete this review.

Can't log in
Keeps giving me a "network error"??? If it won't let me log in, then I can not use the app... Makes the app pointless.

I keep getting a network error when I login after updating can login on website. Sent a email no repel yet. Please help I'd be so happy thanks :)
Not working since update
I have been using this for a few years and it has worked most of the time just fine. However, since this last upgrade, 10/18/15, I have received only a "Network Error" when trying to log in and/or enter a ticket on the rare occasion it has let me past the login screen. I have even deleted and reinstalled the app to no avail. I can log in online with no difficulty from my PC. Please Fix! Thanks.

Not working
Not sure how I am supposed to enter if the app won't recognize my password or user name!? Tried several different times and even requested to change my password and signed up with a different email address. Nothing works! Would really like a chance to play the second chance. Please fix!

BOOOO
Was looking forward to this game but keeps saying communication error when entering codes. A couple times it stored my ticket and I was not even able to play the game for the chance to win extra entry's into the drawing. Please fix I have been waiting for these tickets since learning about the app.
