Continues to say account registration failure.

I have yet to be able to logon and add a swimmer…. Won’t save anything. App just spins and doesn’t do anything
Glitchy and Unreliable
Doesn’t consistently work, too much hassle whenever it glitches. Good thing their staff is very nice and willing to help and tries their best to assist you. But the app is very stressful.

Can’t log in, can’t add a swimmer. The app just stays stuck on one page. Tried restarting, downloading again, everything. Just doesn’t work.

Was working fine the first time now the sign in or submit button doesn’t work.
too many issues
so many that i cancelled membership because theses also low staff to resolve issues. they always resolve them but who has time for the back and forth. get this app together and fix the bugs. you can’t hit any buttons to cancel class and i’m trying to reset pass and the button doesn’t work. it’s ridiculous

New user
I had trouble booking my swim lessons. Parent Portal link goes nowhere. Tried app and it only goes as far as selecting a school but none of the buttons are available to select. Tried several times and cannot get past that screen. I hope the lessons are better than their technology.
Bug
Used to like app but now bug exists in Progress tab. Large grey block
Login button doesn’t work
I’ve been unable to access my account since the latest update. The login button is not working. Please fix this issue as soon as possible
Can’t Even Use It
I’ve tried logging in and every time I press the login button nothing happens!
App Issues
App does not let me continue to press any buttons to continue. I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app and it’s giving the same issues. Very disappointed with the app.
Can’t even get past creating account
I’m trying to set up my account on the app and it won’t even let me select a button without freezing or no response at all.
Slow decline
The last update didn’t correct anything. The app was great two years ago and then something happened. There’s still issues with the make up classes and the “learn more” region. Please update it again.
Login button doesn’t work
After typing in the username and password, the login button does nothing. I clicked on it several times, and it didn’t work. I’m stuck on the login screen. Terrible bug. Needs to be fixed ASAP.
Cannot create account or sign in
I was attempting to set up my account, but the app will not let me select a location.
Update ruined functionality
Ever since the big update to the app it seems very buggy. Add to calendar does not work and longer, random times the app is not responsive
Terrible App
This app barely works. The website doesn’t work either, so I was hoping the app would be better. Alas, I can’t check out on the app when I have lessons in my cart. It goes to a blank screen and freezes. Superb.
