We request not to charge until the local pool, (which we originally enrolled) not got fix.
We are unable to go to other locations because of distance & availability.
Still they keep charging on your card.
Local pool is not working that’s not our problem. If they unable to operate the swimming lessons at the facility we enroll, they shouldn’t charge us.
