No notifications
I agree with the previous review. I never get notifications, and when I go to the app itself, it always says there are unread messages no matter what.
Can’t type in chat and see it.
Not great, new season and I can’t see what I am typing in my team chat. Very subpar.
Could be Better
Make it so you can sync the app’s calendar with your phone’s calendar.
Poorly constructed app
For the pricey platform service fees PlayMetrics charges, you’d think they would overhaul their app and make it more user friendly. It is hard to navigate (drill up/drill down), time consuming to clear notification badges and mark messages as read, etc etc. And like another user posted, you read a notification message and the app closes completely. Nor does the reading the notification mark the message as “read”. You have to read it again to clear the new message alert.

Unintuitive
I almost never write reviews but I found this one so unintuitive that the frustration has motivated me to write one.
I know the roster for the team is available in the app because I have seen it, but every time I try to view it seems like it takes a minute or two to figure out how to get there. Quite annoying!
