Does not work properly
Not able to see messages. Error page comes up instead. Cannot go from one page back to the last page, it will kick me out of the app and I have to start over. All three years have been the same problem! Updates on the app have not fixed the issues.
Super easy and helpful
This app makes it super easy to schedule an absence or book a makeup class. It’s also informative. You can explore the different classes and class times to see what works best for your child’s skill level and your schedule. It has made scheduling swim lessons a breeze.
Confusing, cumbersome
The swim lessons themselves are fantastic. But this app makes no sense. I've been using it for months and I still have no idea where to find basic info, I need to tap around aimlessly until I run into it. Absences and make-ups disappear randomly. Simply seeing the time and location of the next lesson should be this first thing you see when opening the app, but it's buried in a huge menu with no obvious path to find it.

Hard to Navigate
The app is hard to navigate for no reason. Cant really see the upcoming scheduled class and cancellations does not show on the app. Also, to pause sessions should be something that can be easily navigated but instead they make it as difficult as possible where if you do not have the time to sit and call in, you can easily forget the pause and it keeps charging you. I really want to get through all the make up classes due to pool closures so I can cancel overall and go back to Big Blue. Also, fyi… if you cancel and don’t get through all the make ups, you lose them at the end of the month when you set the classes to end and stop charging your card.

Hard to find the schedule
It is exceedingly difficult to immediately find the upcoming classes we are scheduled for

They didn’t find my name in system
For two or three months, I have been trying to get in touch with them—asking them to look up my name in the system and help me make a payment—but no one is paying any attention. It is a truly unacceptable process; I’ve told them I’m willing to come wherever they are, create a new account, send emails, or do whatever is necessary, yet they simply do not respond.

British Swim School has been one of the best decisions we’ve made for our daughter. The level of care, patience, and encouragement they show to both the children and the parents is truly exceptional.

I also love how well organized the program is. One thing that really stands out to me is that while one child is receiving instruction, the others are not playing in the water. Can’t Select Makeup Classes
Been trying for weeks to reschedule makeup classes for my child. I’ve called British Swim as well as contacted the developer each one says to go to the other. This app is TRASH.
