We request not to charge until the local pool, (which we originally enrolled) not got fix.
We are unable to go to other locations because of distance & availability.
Still they keep charging on your card.
Local pool is not working that’s not our problem. If they unable to operate the swimming lessons at the facility we enroll, they shouldn’t charge us.

Needs to updates
This app is just okay but have to complain about usability when it comes to scheduling make ups…. honestly scheduling a make up makes me want to switch swim schools because it’s so difficult - you can’t filter by class type or location so you’re stuck scrolling through all the make ups listed. It’s an absolute headache.

pools are dirty, class start late, and the app works like an 1990a website

The app is plagued with bugs that prevent me from logging in. Used to work, but whatever happened in their update caused a bunch of problems
