Food Very Good - APP awful
The app is a mess. The ordering was relatively straightforward until I just used it again. The second screen now sends you to a request option of Waze or Google Maps to find a store, which you can’t get past to order. The stupid app won’t let you order!!! I had to call the store and place the order over the phone. Previously when I did order, I had to re-input my credit card info even when I had previously saved it. Every experience with the app has been terrible. The food has been consistently good and worthwhile to order out again and again. The app needs to be overhauled!!!

Great Food, Bad App!
No complaints about the food.
The app however; is pathetic. Stores are not sorted by distance even when location is allowed. Rewards Points never post if ordered through the app or online. In store they post immediately. The “Contact Us” submission is a complete joke. Several requests to have the points posted have been ignored.
There’s no excuse for this.

Crashes on opening
Well just what I say above.
App won’t even open
I downloaded the app to manage my rewards and get gyros but the app won’t even open :-(
No good!
Forget it. Coupon not excepted as given for downloading and installing the app. Figures. DELETING
Terrible App
Food is great but their app is not. I had a 10% welcome coupon in my account but I wasn’t able to redeem it in the app or on their website no matter how many times I tried. Worst of all I placed my first pickup order on the app a few days ago and it was over $100 but I didn’t receive any points for it and my account history displays no prior purchases.
