Good food, horrific app
We are in 2026. There is AI (yuck), tap to pay, and other technological advances that make shopping and buying food so much easier. And yet this app feels like it is stuck in 2010 when “apps”were still short for appetizers. Why is my food not in a cart ready to purchase? Why, if I leave the app for any reason either accidental or not, am I forced to have to RESTART MY WHOLE ORDER? Why are there only 3 hot sauces when there’s an entire “Wall of Flame” at your restaurants? Why hasn’t there been a decent update in like, ever? Get with it already.

I cannot sign up for their app unless I click the two buttons that give them permission to email and text me. BOTH!!!! This is CRIMINAL.
California tortilla app
The California tortilla app is amazing. I love it.
Why did I bother trying?
This app is very poorly designed. Still refuses to accept my existing card number and requires you opt in to both email and SMS spam or otherwise the next button is grayed out. Not worth it. Instant delete.
Reliable and good
Great last minute meal. Always fresh and speedy (ready when we arrive to pickup)
