What's New in Big League GM
2.0
October 12, 2026
Big League GM 2.0 is the biggest update yet, and the game is now free to play. FREE TO PLAY · Download and play every club, every season, at no cost. · The Front Office Pass, a one-time purchase, removes ads and unlocks unlimited careers, Save As and Load. · Already bought the game? You keep everything, free. Tap Restore Purchases in Settings if it doesn't show. HIRE AN ASSISTANT GM · Hand off the business side: ticket and menu pricing, media and sponsorship deals, contract insurance, department budgets, coaching staff, medical calls and front office paperwork. Switch each one on or off. · Every assistant has a style: Balanced, Fan First, Revenue Maximizer, Penny Pincher or Player Development. A Revenue Maximizer squeezes every dollar out of the ballpark; a Fan First hire keeps the seats cheap and the crowd loud. · Thirty candidates hit the staff market every winter, each with a reputation from Unproven to Legendary, a salary ask and real traits that change how he works. · Your assistant sums it all up in one report instead of a flood of messages. Take any area back with one tap. · Win enough and other clubs will notice. Your best assistant may get hired away, and it's on you to replace him. THE JOB SEARCH · Getting fired is no longer the end. GM chairs open across the league every winter, and you can apply. · Your GM reputation follows you. Owners shortlist candidates who fit what they want, and you'll compete against rival GMs for every job. · Sit down with the owner for a real interview. Nail it and you start with a longer leash. · Already employed and eyeing a bigger market? Job hunt while you still have a job, just don't let word get back to your owner. ALSO NEW · Every coach now carries a reputation tag, from Unproven to Legendary. · Tabs remember where you were when you switch between them. · Disputed insurance claims no longer stay open forever. · Plenty of smaller fixes and polish. · Choose your challenge: Easy, Intermediate, Difficult or Legend. Legend locks in for the whole career, so a title there means something.
