Misleading
I want to create a simple walking challenge for free. It doesn’t say in the description you have to have a website.
Not very inclusive
Doesn’t sync anything other than steps from devices. Won’t let me log anything over 30 miles cycling so you have to split it up which is really dumb as most cyclists will do far more than that.
Big cheating challenge
Easy to manually input the activity to gain more steps without verifying if the person truly done it, it has to be like screenshot submitted for approval
Conversion chart
There is not conversion chart like the has been before.

App doesn’t allow you to type login details
Installed it, tried to use, deleted - no keyboard interface to type your login details
App won’t allow me to register
Incredibly frustrating trying to access the app, will not allow me to register attempted a couple of different email addresses and variations of passwords in order to guess if there is a mystical format. Error message not found continually pops up.

Synced via Apple Health
Found the app more useful than the website as I could sync my steps via apple health.
Does not update from the health app
Company competition and the app is not moving the data from the health app. It’s connected but no data is showing up.
Not intuitive to use
Hard to navigate. Have synced device, but doesn’t upload data. Have to manually enter data
Big team challenge
This app is a bit dodgy how it converts other sports/exercises to steps. It doesn’t take into account distance covered, just time taken. So your snails pace still earns same steps as olympians pace.

Poor connected apps
I connected my fitness app to BTC and it would never sync my activity. It is always missing entire days or specific events. It was frustrating to use this app because everything had to be manually entered or double checked to verify accuracy.

Set it up to sync with apple health. Waited several hours - apple health shows my full morning workout, but nothing goes in the app.

I enjoyed the system until the issues with recording can be changed and back dated, the challenge was “steps” a walk is a walk based on steps so I don’t understand why you get extra steps for going for a walk as the majority of steps are created by steps. As this is a competition between the group team members adding steps at the end of the challenge reduces the competitive behaviour with fellow team mates as the goals set change without the ability to increase them. Everyone should have the rules set based on their group from the start and not be able to change and add steps as they seem fit too. If this was an exercise challenge this would be different but it was a steps challenge. I have gone on several walks but only recorded as steps and it seems wrong to add steps for a walk as there seems to be a potential of doubling up if already recorded on a fit bit or garmin product. Further knowledge on the workings of this app is needed to ensure all team mates know the rules at the beginning of the challenge.

App keeps crashing
Every time I open the app, it says I do not have a team and I have no devices synced, then when I try to add my device again all I get is errors.
Then it would go back to normal. Temperamental and lost out on syncing my steps because of all the errors - very off-putting. I would not use again and would not join another active challenge if this was the app being used.
