I now can’t order from my phone because you decided to update the app and my phone is too old to install it. I am a pensioner in an aged care home and I was a good customer of Big W , but no longer because I can’t-have the app or afford a new iPhone. There was nothing wrong with the old app .

I’ve been very impressed with Big W online shopping.
Why ??
Ordered some essentials for my new house and paid $1200 for a couch and some towels etc and after all the time it took to log in and buy over 20 items and I get an email from Big W saying they have cancelled my order because they thought it was fraud ? Yet they took my money and now I have to wait 10 business days to get my money back and then re order ?!!! Nope sorry I won’t be back to shop with Big W. As a disabled woman it shouldn’t be this hard to order a couch and now they have my money to make interest on as it sits in their account… The shop can refund you on the spot but an online order that they cancelled will take 5-10 business days …

We love BIG W! We have our clothing needs met as well as other miscellaneous items we get to purchase simply by BIG W having them available. I bought shoes and undergarments and the quality has been fantastic. Thanks BIG W! Wish you were still at the Parkmore Plaza but we make do with the one at Southland Mall! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Poor Service on Returning Items.
Returning items because they are not compatible with our light fittings has been painful. Including a lengthy a investigation by BigW, including providing photographic evidence, but constant requests for
further photographic evidence by the the Seller. We are yet to get an outcome on whether we have to pay for postage and receive a refund, or neither. Not good enough treatment towards a repeat customer BigW.

Big W app
The app could be improved. It struggles to find items online unless the exact wording is used. I also find a lot of the items advertised is for online only or market place which is very annoying. There needs to be an option for items that are available in store.
During high traffic it logs you out
Can’t purchase in high traffic times on website and it’ll crash and log you out
Login not working
Login is not working. I enter my login and the verification from the email and it just loads for 30 seconds before giving me an error. Fix pls
Security code debacle
After multiple attempts to log in and not receiving any email with a security code I can not proceed with my purchase
