Poor Service on Returning Items.
Returning items because they are not compatible with our light fittings has been painful. Including a lengthy a investigation by BigW, including providing photographic evidence, but constant requests for
further photographic evidence by the the Seller. We are yet to get an outcome on whether we have to pay for postage and receive a refund, or neither. Not good enough treatment towards a repeat customer BigW.

Big W app
The app could be improved. It struggles to find items online unless the exact wording is used. I also find a lot of the items advertised is for online only or market place which is very annoying. There needs to be an option for items that are available in store.
During high traffic it logs you out
Can’t purchase in high traffic times on website and it’ll crash and log you out
Login not working
Login is not working. I enter my login and the verification from the email and it just loads for 30 seconds before giving me an error. Fix pls
Security code debacle
After multiple attempts to log in and not receiving any email with a security code I can not proceed with my purchase

Not enough style for bigger ladies.
I am disappointed in the not so much variety and style of clothes for larger ladies. If you’re over a size 18 then the variety and style doesn’t exist. I am a lover of cartoon T-shirts and just because I am 73 bigger than 18 or 2xl is all you have. I find big w just doesn’t do well for the larger size women.

I have tried 3 times to login. It sends a code to my email, then a code to my phone, then goes back to the login page.

Bugs
Won’t process gift cards and has charged my credit card three times for the same item which it still hasn’t processed for delivery. The online chat isn’t monitored so I’ve had zero response and will now have to call them during very limited business hours. A really poor online experience!
