About

BIG3 Tracker logs the three lifts that matter — squat, bench press and deadlift — and turns them into a picture of how your strength is actually moving. What makes it different: you can log the supplements you're taking on the same timeline, so you can see which stretches of progress line up with what you were on. WHO IT'S FOR - Lifters chasing a bigger squat, bench and deadlift - Anyone who wants progress in numbers and charts, not vibes - People taking supplements who aren't sure whether they're doing anything - Anyone who has started a training notebook and quietly abandoned it WHAT YOU GET Log the big three Record weight x reps for squat, bench and deadlift. Estimated 1RM is calculated for you. Accessory lifts are covered too — around 100 exercises across chest, back, shoulders, arms, legs and core. See your progress Line charts for each of the three lifts, plus your SBD total. Swipe a chart sideways for a month-by-month best. Month-over-month change is worked out automatically. Personal bests, celebrated Beat your total and the app makes a thing of it — which lift went up, and by how much. Share the result as an image if you want to. Supplements on the same timeline The periods you were taking each supplement are drawn over your strength charts, so patterns are easy to spot. Popular supplements See what other lifters are actually logging, ranked by type. Tap through to buy. Rest timer A timer between sets that keeps running and notifies you even if you leave the app. PRICING Every feature is free right now. A NOTE This app is for logging and visualizing your own training. It does not give medical advice. Train at your own discretion and risk. Log the work. Watch it add up.
