Crashing every time I press “done”
When writing every time I press done to finish a sentence the app crashes.
It’s been like this for almost a year now. Please fix this

Do not get conned by these sales people to sign up to this incompetent software !!

Terrible glitchy app. Constantly freezing and logging out losing all progress. Then requires constant sign in to operate. Absolutely mullers your Phone’s battery. Uses massive amounts of data as well as clogging up storage with required photos. Tracks your location using GPS if you’re required to down load this on your personal phone for work just refuse to. ( I’m looking at you Argent…!)
Employers love being able to set a million pre start questions 32 in my case which need answers before you can access job details.
Please don’t do it to yourself - make them supply a phone. And demand a better App this one’s tosh…

Crashing
Every time I try and open the app it just crashes shut on me this is 2 days in a row now I have uninstalled it and downloaded it again and made no difference
A must have product for any service business
I thought the company I work for had more money than sense when we was given this to use.
We also had a cradle that was fitted into my vehicle that kept the tablet at full charge.
The system itself was a bit of a pain at first as I had got quite used to pens and bits of paper as most of us are.
But what a godsend it turned out to be everything and I mean everything is so much easier it makes my times on the job quicker as it’s just ‘smoothly efficient’ and it even directs me to the jobs via a built in Sat Nav.
I make more money as I get more work done and I know my boss is happy with it..... he has even started smiling, but that may be his new Secretary!!
We had one slight issue with one but we just called the contact number and they sorted it immediately.
First class and five stars from start to finish.
