Hi, I understand your frustration about not being able to set up the app. I would like to clarify that Bigger Keyboard does work as intended, but it requires completing a one-time setup before using the keyboard. A detailed step-by-step tutorial is available from Settings > Tutorial. The tutorial includes images that guide you through each step and take up most of the screen. I will also consider making the tutorial text larger in future updates. There is also an extended setup guide available on the Bigger Keyboard Facebook page, which you can access from Settings > Contact. Refund requests are managed directly by Apple through the App Store. If you need any help completing the setup, please contact me at contact@devathome.site and I’ll be happy to assist.
