Hi! I’m sorry to hear about the issues you experienced. Bigger Keyboard does include automatic capitalization. The first letter after a period is capitalized automatically, and you can also use Shift to capitalize any letter manually. If you want to keep the keyboard in uppercase, you can press and hold the Shift key to enable caps lock. I’m actively working on updates to make typing smoother and more responsive, reduce delay, and prevent missed taps. Bigger Keyboard is improving constantly, and I hope you’ll give it another try once the new update is released. Not a third-party keyboard extension

Hi! Bigger Keyboard is designed for iPhone only, as indicated in the App Store compatibility section. On the app’s page, you’ll notice that iPad compatibility is not listed. For that reason, the keyboard extension doesn’t appear when the app is installed on an iPad in compatibility mode. Bigger Keyboard does include a fully functional keyboard extension on supported devices, exactly as described — otherwise, it wouldn’t have been approved for publication on the App Store. Hi! To use any of the keyboard themes, you first need to enable Bigger Keyboard in your iPhone settings. Selecting a theme inside the app won’t work unless the keyboard is active. Here’s how to enable it: 1. Open your iPhone Settings > go to General > Keyboard 2. Tap Keyboards > Add New Keyboard 3. Select Bigger Keyboard from the Third-Party Keyboards list This will add Bigger Keyboard to your available keyboards. Now, open any app that uses the keyboard and tap the 🌐 globe icon to switch to Bigger Keyboard — and your selected theme will appear! I noticed that you mentioned using iOS version 18.5.2 on your iPhone, but the latest available version of iOS as of January 2025 is 18.2.1. If possible, could you double-check and confirm the iOS version you have installed? Feel free to email me this information so I can better assist you. Follow these steps to enable Bigger Keyboard: 1. Open iPhone Settings > go to General > Keyboard. 2. In the Keyboard section, select Keyboards, then tap Add New Keyboard. 3. Select Bigger Keyboard from the Third-Party Keyboards section. After adding Bigger Keyboard to your list of available keyboards, it should be visible among the keyboard options (by pressing the globe key 🌐) when using any app that requires a keyboard. Please check your email, where I also attached video tutorials for a clearer explanation. Die App bietet zahlreiche Anpassungsmöglichkeiten wie die Hintergrundfarbe der Tasten, die Textfarbe, die Schriftgröße, die Form der Tasten sowie den Rand und die Randfarbe. Damit können Sie verschiedene Tastaturdesigns erstellen, die zu Ihren Vorlieben passen. Falls Sie dennoch nicht zufrieden sind, können Sie selbstverständlich eine Rückerstattung direkt bei Apple beantragen. Vielen Dank für Ihr Verständnis!
