Only used investment Realtors/ Agents
Realtors are not investment friendly to new investors. They send you a lead or 2. If you donât purchase or make a high offer resulting in a large potential loss for you, they dump you. ARV 430k wanting me to buy at 360-370 with 50k repairs needed. Ignore emails and calls. They just want tha commission. Some realtors do not even send leads. They talk to you like a buddy and ignore you after that initial contact. You need to be a millionaire to work with them. If you are a new investor using hard money even with over 100k in reserve savings. They donât want you. Cash only be rich.

BP changed my life 6 years ago. It gave me the tools and courage to go full time real estate and now I canât imagine life anyother way.

I downloaded the app, created an account and my account was immediately deactivated before I could even sign in. Still havenât been able to sign in

Itâs way too small on mobile. They need way to increase font size.
No search
Itâs nice to have a novel option besides the browser but the search function does not work at all.
Good but,
As an iphone user I had to use BP at the browser. The app wasnât there just for androids.
One thing I hope it upgrades is the search engine.
On desktop I can search whatever topic, ex âTax Deedsâ and the keywords bring up forums based on the words.
On the app, I canât. I have to put âtaxâ and it gives a suggestion; âtax liens and mortgage notesâ
Similar but different, I canât look up âtax deedsâ

Potential. Lots of bugs.
They need to hire a Q&A team before releasing app versions.
Just stick to the actual website
Itâs not horrible, itâs better than nothing, and the community is active. but itâs missing some simple features that make it a seem less experience.
