Baselane is by far one of the best platforms I have used for managing rental properties. Everything is organized, professional, and easy to use. It makes property management, rent collection, banking, and keeping track of finances much more efficient. Their platform saves a tremendous amount of time and makes managing multiple properties much easier.

I can no longer transfer money via the app
I updated to the latest version and just now discovered that I cannot complete the “transfer” process to move funds to an external account if I use the app. Thankfully, it still worked fine via the browser.
This is the greatest software
In terms of fintech I love it, every thing is where it needs to be and they are always adding new features to make it more convenient for us to use!

Baselane makes running a short term rental much easier. It is very easy to use and helps you keep the bookkeeping between multiple properties separate and easy to track. It’s a great tool for your business!
Not for Tenants
You can’t use it to manage your rental account as a tenant. It redirects to the website instead. Super terrible design that you can’t login in as either.
