Constant issues
The app has only worked briefly since downloading it. Now, after opening the app, I get stuck on the green screen that says “relay”. Will never load past that. I’m having to login to my browser constantly, which is frustrating. I’ve done all the troubleshooting I can, including deleting and reinstalling.

They try to make it easy when you have multiple businesses to run!!
Horrible and slow
This has been the worst banking experience I’ve ever had as a business. I signed up because I liked the ability to have multiple account accounts connected to one to account for separate departments, perfect! BUT- they take 7+ BUSINESS DAYS to process deposits and if you ask for a supervisor they put you on ETERNAL HOLD. Can hardly understand who you’re speaking with and they are RUDE. Not worth it! Going back to local credit union. I read on Reddit today people even have accounts and funds frozen for no reason. Not worth the risk! And it’s actually Thread Bank backing it. This is a fintech front.

Run the other way
I tried this bank for my business because I was recommended this bank. I haven’t even had this account for more than 3 months and while I’m working I check my account to see they allowed a $200 fraud charge from Kuwait into my business account. The very money that was needed for my supplies. Without reaching out or flagging it (because I never made any international purchases either) they just processed the payment. I had to wait the day after to call them just for them to tell me that a temporary credit would be coming on my account in 2 weeks - even though the money was taken out asap - so it’s been a couple days and I still don’t have a credit or the money that was taken from my account. They also said they don’t do any correspondence by email only by mail and it can take up to 3 months for them to process my dispute (as if it’s not already fraud there’s nothing to discuss!!) and if my case comes back as denied then they will reverse the charge so immediately I am so beyond disappointed I missed my rent payment due to the month not being there and $200 that’s rightfully mind I have missing and can not use at all towards my business the way I wanted to. Immediately cancelling after I get the deposit because you should not be offering services to business if you can’t even do a good job at maintaining business accounts!!

Customer support sucks
I’ve been scammed, someone pulled $53 from my account. When I called Relay and asked for support and spent 45 min on a call they eventually sent me to Visa, saying I need to figure it myself. Also sent an email on how to freeze my card. No 24/7 support, no fraudulent transaction support, basically threw me under the bus and told me to figure myself. No weekend support, no investigation was made, no nothing. I am highly disappointed in Relay service and currently transferring my money to another bank. There is a trade off for convenience, so I would rather be protected by big bank rather than begging for support from these guys. This is not how you support your customers.
