This is the greatest software

In terms of fintech I love it, every thing is where it needs to be and they are always adding new features to make it more convenient for us to use!

Wonderful!

Baselane makes running a short term rental much easier. It is very easy to use and helps you keep the bookkeeping between multiple properties separate and easy to track. It’s a great tool for your business!

Not for Tenants

You can’t use it to manage your rental account as a tenant. It redirects to the website instead. Super terrible design that you can’t login in as either.

Slow Turnarounds

While I’m happy with how Baseline helps me with my accounting for my business I’m not at all happy with turn around times for payments and deposits. It should not take a week for me to have access to funds that have been paid out.

Great App for Real Estate Investors

I’ve had a great experience using Baselane for my real estate business. It’s great for both new and seasoned investors. I like that it combines banking, bookkeeping, rent collection, and expense tracking in one place.

The only thing I wish they would improve is the mobile check deposit feature. The app automatically takes the photo, which sometimes causes blurry images and multiple retakes. I’d love more manual control of the camera.

Other than that, I definitely recommend Baselane to anyone in real estate.

Keep tabs on rent collection!

Been using baselane for years, stoked they finally have an app. I love being able to pull up my phone and see all rent payments in one quick pull. Also great i can see all the records and invoices organized appropriately.

Great for Micro landlords

Fantastic software for managing rentals as a micro landlord. Automates rent collection, makes tax filing super easy, and just overall provides a great service that is needed in today’s real estate space.

Receipt Uploading

Am I missing it or is there no option to take a receipt pic and upload it via the app? I want a button that I click, take the pic, then it’s uploaded. This would be AWESOME. Or can I just not find this button?

Hi, thank you for your feedback! We’re happy to share that receipt uploading is now available in the Baselane mobile app. You can take or upload a photo of a receipt directly from Transaction Details. We appreciate you sharing feedback and hope this makes managing receipts on the go easier.

Accounting on the Go

I compulsively log into Baselane once a week on my laptop to get ahead of categorizing transactions to close the month proactively. I categorize my personal transactions on an app, so now I can stack them together!

Been waiting for this!

Been using Baselane for years now and I’ve been waiting for Baselane to release an app. So far so good! No need to log in through a browser anymore and I can do a lot within the app.

I’m sure they’ll add more features to the app as it progresses but I’ve been so happy with it so far!

It is Here!

I have been using Baselane for a while and couldn’t wait for the app. It’s finally here and exactly what I’ve been looking for. Baselane already makes bookkeeping, rent collection, etc a breeze for me, but have the app has made things even more efficient. Absolutely love it!

Love Baselane!

Yes!!!

Been waiting for Baselane to release an app! So happy it’s available now. Interface is really easy to use/user friendly and I love that I can use this if I can’t get to a computer. I have been with Baselane for 3 years now and it’s made my journey in real estate investing super easy and now it just got easier. Thank you Baselane!!!

A Step Up from the Mobile Version

I’m so grateful to have a new, functional app for all things Baselane! I’m in and out of the system all the time as a midterm rental investor, and the new app makes this one drop easier. The mobile site has been great, but I love the app!

Slow Customer Support

Their verification process is awful, they suggest it takes 48 hours, I’ve been waiting nearly two weeks, and it seems their customer support is doing nothing about it.

1 Property and scaling

New to RE investing (3 years of XP). I explored different solutions 2 years ago. Baselane is the best in my opinion. It’s easy to use, easy to scale and they’re using feedback from the end user to improve the XP. Thank you, Baselane.

Explore a partnership with Zillow to allow us to list our properties from Baselane. Build partnerships for us to find property managers, handyman, mortgage brokers . Make this an all in 1 operational console for RE investors.
