Glitching all the time.
It would be a perfect and cheap way to get around town if their app didn't glitch and crash down on you every five seconds when you're trying to do anything on it. I've been using this app for months and I'm finally sick and tired of waiting hours to get my money back after the app glitched itself and restarted without my ride being booked. Honestly the drivers are all sweet and it's a cheap way to get around; but I don't recommend it in the long run considering all of the flaws of the app. Easier to just call a cab.
