The app never seems to work no matter how many updates they push… when entering expenses you cannot use decimals (iPhone only on apple, I’m told on android this isn’t an issue)
It’s just aggravating to have to switch back and forth between the app and the browser to actually complete an expense report.

This is significant upgrade for mobile! Time and expense entry is simple in the field again. Love how it easily flows onto my desktop version. More visually appealing too.

This app is incredibly easy to use. It makes tracking time and expenses seamless as it should be
No more scanning receipts
Time tracking gets the job done but I’m in love with the expense tracking. From someone who was always late sending in receipts, this helps avoid a lot of frustration.
Failure to Save Entries at Launch
From the launch of the app, we have been unable to save entries for time with an error stating "We are unable to save your time entry at this time. Please check your connection and try again." With full cell coverage and wifi connection. At least the previous app worked in that regards.
UPDATE: Now 2 weeks have past since the updated release that is not working for our company for time entries, with only a "we reviewing code and testing" last week and a statement that this week they would update us on the updated release, with no updated release information other than "you'll know when we tell you" when I've reached out for to support. They acknowledge they knew about the issue prior to releasing the update but pushed it anyways.

SO easy & intuitive
I’ve used BigTime desktop for some time and love the tool, but this new mobile app takes the software to the next level! It’s easy, intuitive, and gives me no reason to not be tracking my time and expenses on the go!

New app is way better than the old one. Quickly get my time in so I don’t have to do it on my laptop every Friday.

Keeps me on top of my Time & Expenses
I can easily track my work time to my projects, and being able to use photos and PDFs of receipts keeps me on top of my expense reports.

Makes doing expenses on the road really easy - I can do everything from my phone now vs waiting until I’m back at my laptop
