Price for subscription went up by $5,500 in one jump, with one months notice, are they crazy!
Free option works for single client
Switched to this time tracker for 2026 and it has been working well in the free version for one client. I like the ability to add expense receipts. The reminder to send a thank you note for paid bills is a nice touch.

Stick With What Works
For some reason mgt now think everyone that uses their app needs AI embedded in the app. Just the opposite. I build my own agents now for most of my work flows and the only reason I haven’t done it for Harvest is because it does the basics and it doesn’t cost that much a month. All the AI nonsense is getting to the point where I will take the time and build my own tracking agent and cut harvest out of my monthly spend.

Overpriced rip off
Was a great simple app for time tracking that I used for many years but they increased the cost by 10x in August 2026, making it more than $200 per month for me. Pure greed. Cancelled.
