Not working
Despite multiple go-arounds with support, still will not work on my iOS device. Looking at the reviews , it’s hard to believe this app has been around that many years and still has very fundamental issues. Even more difficult to believe that my company decided to use this app.
Hard to use
Decided not to go with this app will try a different app to keep track of work time. Wasted time with this.
Doesn’t work
App fails at one of its core functions: adding hours. If I could give it zero stars I would.
Very slow on IOS
Very glitchy if you are start and stopping time. Almost half the time the total at end of day is not correct. It also is very very slow to respond on IOS vs Android.
Awesome T & E Tracker
We have been a BigTime client for several years and have recently moved to their BigTimeIQ version. We did this to get access to their mobile app because we have several employees who travel to meet with clients and are rarely in the office. Now even when I am in the office I find myself using the mobile app to enter my time. It is just super easy!!!

BigTime gives me options!
I do my project management work on my laptop when using BT, but the mobile app works great when all I need to do is record time for those projects. I am a multi-tasker so being able to do many things from different devices helps me make the most out of my time.

Easy to be remote
I have a landscape design business and have a small crew that does most of their work remotely. BigTime allows them to get their time and expenses in easily. It gets the job done for us.
Easy and convenient
As a legal professional tracking time is always a bit of a thorn in my side. But BigTime is so easy and fast it makes this daily task a breeze.
Big Time Review
We have a small communications practice and we do most of our time and expense entries from our mobile devices. With the BT mobile app we can get that done easily. I would love to see them add additional functionality like approvals and some dashboard views but hopefully that is coming.
Approval of timesheets
I like the app. However I cannot approve timesheets for my teams. When will the approval feature become available?
An efficient resource
The BigTime mobile app is pretty simple to use, especially for someone like me who really only needs a quick and easy way to get time into the system without having to be at my computer. I don’t need anything more than that!
Great for what I need it for
As a senior care service provider I am rarely at the office so using the mobile app is essential for me. BigTime on my iPhone allows me to track my time accurately from wherever I am at. Sometimes it takes a little while to sync up but it always seems to be there when I check it from my computer at the end of the week.

Receipt content capture and iPad support
App does not capture content of receipts and it really does not support iPad OS - works as iPhone app.
Reliability allows me to focus on other things
As an independent contractor who is always on the move, I rely on BigTime’s mobile app to track my time and expenses. It reliably gets the job done for me so I can focus on my work.

Time tracking and use of timers is simple!
Substandard
We started using this so staff would have the option of filling out time sheets in the field on their mobile device. It’s like the development team put no effort into the app. Administrator updates to project codes consistently do not push through to the app. The only solution is to uninstall and reinstall the app. It’s incredibly inconvenient. Lots of details are missed: the keyboard covers options in pull down menus, notifications from Administrator are not shown in app, and you can’t correct submitted time sheets. Do not choose this software solution for payroll and time tracking if you need a reliable option for mobile users.

Could be better
I’ve had to delete and reload a lot. It will duplicate an expense I enter and put it into “unsubmitted expenses”. It won’t refresh properly so that’s when I delete the app, reload, and it’s fine. But that is a pia.
Lacks important feature and is buggy
1. From the mobile app, there is no way to verify whether your time sheet has been submitted. It would be nice if it had this feature.
2. When submitting a time sheet, blue dots will appear next to records which require an explanation. If you click them to add the explanation, the keyboard pops up, and the save button disappears making it impossible to add the explanation. At this point, user has to close the app, start over and hope it works.

Latest update doesn’t allow for timesheet submission
It’s great that I can enter my timesheet data through the app but if I’m unable to submit that data is doesn’t do me any good. Please fix this so I don’t have to login on my computer to complete my timesheet.
Tasks still not showing up
Even after logging out and back on several times and allowing weeks to pass, many of our employees can’t see tasks assigned to them on the mobile app. They can see it on their desktop but not their phones. Very annoying when trying to enter time and expense report items....
