Nice update to a solid product
I like the new feature to share Hubshare links from the mobile app. This lets me put links into email or text messages quickly which is useful.
Scrolling issue
Will not allow me to scroll through content and only some content opens while others sit on a loading screen and freeze.

I can hardly ever load a new document on Big Tin Can the first time I click on it. Sometimes it takes up to 30 minutes to load the new material. When meeting with customers you need to have the material accessible and Big Tin Can makes it difficult.

Support not available.
My app stopped working after an update 4 days ago. After clicking the app it opens and immediately crashes and classes. I have loved using hub but this has been a major inconvenience since I use it daily for work. I have attempted to notify them using “app support” link from the App Store page but it loads a blank page in safari.

Don’t invest in this if you want Apple Pencil support
This tool is an easy way to get board papers, reports and agenda etc to a group of people. It allows annotations and sharing and discussion - it’s been good for us.
Unfortunately, bigtincan refuse to properly support the Apple Pencil - which is really frustrating. This support would take the Hub app from just good to really great.

I am a small business owner and recently purchased bigtincan for my sales team. I had onoing issues with team members not using the same materials and this was leading to mixed messages and lost sales.
Post using this tool we were able to determine the most frequently used sales documents, improve those documents and align our sales team with the companies vision. I am really excited to see other areas of our business that can use this tool!

This new update for BTC is fantastic! I can get to everything I need - on or offline- with no more then three clicks! Having the tool bar have everything I need in order to have the most efficient meetings in front of the customer is what I needed and BTC has surely delivered that for myself and my colleagues. Totally recommend it to anyone!
