Just as bad as the website
Terrible. I realize that this setup and functionality is dealer dependent, I have worked at over 11 different dealer groups, all exhaustingly different setups. I’ve never seen this implemented well. Why do I get a text message about a text message and not an alert? What the hell am I switching from different apps so much just to communicate. The website is just as bad. I have 30 open tabs, and a new tab appears every time I click a link. The side window is the most adhd thing. You can’t manage something inside a single tab the website is useless and total garbage. So is this app. It’s like some engineer made this thing completely unusable. It’s clear they have never sold a car in their life. There is no count of how many touches a customer has and the search function is aweful. The sales cycle is not clearly defined to match the deal groups sales cycle or steps of the sale. Everyone is just guessing. Managers yelling about tasks and when you complete a task you have to manually refresh to see it clear off the list. Complete madness.

Have to log back in every time you launch the app. No Face ID ??
Makes it impossible to do my job from my phone..
Constantly getting logged out every time I close the app. When the app is finally open I can’t use any functions without having to wait 10-20 seconds because of the lag. I’m on an iphone 16 pro max and the functionality is nonexistent.
Updates always break it
Got the newest update, which good quality of life update and a step in the right direction but something always breaks. Now I don’t get push notifications, all of them are turned on.
