Terrible

If I was managing the dealership I would not use this CRM. Mobile App is basic with limited tools really have to use desktop version to do anything.

Signs me out every day then has me make a new password up. The dealership owner is all done with Vinsolutions. He’s canceling today

Every update makes this app worse

Pretty much useless at this point since you can’t even send template emails anymore. It logs me out every time I use it, so I always have to sign back in. Not sure what the point is.
