If I was managing the dealership I would not use this CRM. Mobile App is basic with limited tools really have to use desktop version to do anything.

Every update makes this app worse
Pretty much useless at this point since you can’t even send template emails anymore. It logs me out every time I use it, so I always have to sign back in. Not sure what the point is.

Garbage App from Multi-Million Dollar Company
I wish my company would move to drive centric, or there was an alternative that is more along the lines of a Facebook, X, Instagram.

Good luck! If you go to the customers tab, it’s only your recents.
If you go to your “Leads” tab, it doesn’t give you an options to sort, or flag/mark into various categories like say - Reminders or Notes from Apple (or any other company really).
We can finally send videos! Except the quality sucks because it doesn’t use Apple’s Native Camera like Snapchat, Insta, etc. Half the time it doesn’t send, and it’s only through the add media, not from your gallery.
The messages could be solved by going to RCS instead of archaic SMS messaging, surely COX could work with Google for there platform to enable all message through there system to be as if they are from Google messages - enabling RCS.
The Layout, organization, and lack of features is just laziness because they have the market cornered. And I pray to god drive centric bankrupts this company like Netflix did Blockbuster

App is terrible
Lots of bugs and issues. Now templates don’t work for email replies in app. Deleted and reinstalled. No change.
Terrible app
Every time I close the app, it requires me to re-log back in and send a verification code to my cell phone. Most irritating thing when I’m trying to actively text or email a customer through the app and I have to do this every time or it just doesn’t let me send the text anymore.

Horrible UI.
Sending videos/ photos is a joke. Constantly need to re sign in for no reason. Freezes a lot. Just not a good app.
Lots of bugs and glitches
Not a stable app, it has lots of glitches and bugs. Have to reinstall it once or twice in a quarter because it doesn’t let you log in. Struggle to send pictures to customers, can’t open pictures sent from customers. Could be worked on for a better experience for sure!

The app does not even have some basic capabilities that are on the website such as attachments for emails. You would think with how much they charge for the program they would care about how efficient it is.

It’s very buggy, Ive been struggling to send pictures to a customer. I am updated and have deleted the app.

Trash app, no categories for leads, just contacted or not, same design for how many years? At least 5 plus. Oh and good luck trying to send a video or clear picture quality
Cant believe this app is this bad.
Seriously you are one of the largest Automotive CRMs and your phone app is just an absolute bug fest… I would sell 5 more cars a month if this app wasn’t constantly slowing me down.
Barely works
I’ve been using this for a couple years and it is just nonstop problems. My current issue is that no notifications will go through. It is very frustrating to need to speak with customers and not having any clue when they respond to me. Please put some effort into the app.
Notifications are on but not delivering
Hey guys, my notifications are turned on, but nothing comes through. Please fix this. The app is already super buggy as is!

While desktop is the Cadillac of ALL CRM wearing the Crown alone as the GOAT, mobile app is just trash.
App is broken again
Maybe test the update before releasing it? We are going days without being able to use this app for our WORK.
